Experience the art of carving your own taonga with Pou Creations.
Guided by our very own carver Teina, you’ll shape, sand, and polish your own piece of genuine New Zealand pounamu (greenstone).
Each workshop is hands-on, personal, and deeply connected to the stories and traditions of Aotearoa. You’ll learn about the whakapapa of the stone and the process of bringing a taonga to life — from raw pounamu to polished treasure.
No experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and creativity. All tools and materials are provided.

💎Standard precut stone (35–40 mm suitable for toki, koru, drop or heart)
